The Integrated Commodity Derivatives Services Platform (“COTC”) of Shanghai Clearing House (“SHCH”) was successfully launched in March 2026 and has been operating stably since then. To further enhance COTC’s service capabilities and improve user experience, SHCH has recently completed system optimization and upgrade, along with dedicated training sessions for diverse market participants. To facilitate market participants’s participation in the central counterparty clearing services for OTC commodity derivatives, SHCH is now rolling out COTC for market-wide use. The User Manual for COTC and the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the Use of COTC are hereby released. Please refer to the attached documents for details.
