Recently, China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. fully participated in the credit derivatives clearing business of Shanghai Clearing House(“SHCH”). As a financial market infrastructure, SHCH provides CCP clearing and bilateral clearing services for the interbank credit derivatives. In the future, SHCH will continue to expand credit derivatives clearing service for more participants.
